FAQ

Why is Kensington safe?
Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard, and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so it can not be read as the information travels over the Internet.

What if I don't want to use my credit card over the internet?
No problem, simply call us and we will take your credit card information over the phone.

What information does Kensington collect? How do they use it?
When you purchase products, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and the card's expiration date. This allows us to process your credit card, fulfill your order and send confirmation.

When you join Our Newsletter, we need only your e-mail address.
If you have joined our email list we may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to the Web site, new Kensington products or services, and special offers we think you'll find valuable.
